Application (Registration Deadline Extended to 15 July 2016!)

  • By filling in the VIMUN registration form you apply for participation at the conference. You may follow the link to the online registration at the end of this page. In case your server or security settings do not allow to open or send the online form, please contact us by e-mail to vimun@afa.at.
  • Applications are being accepted on a first come first serve basis untill 30 June (of 31 May if you are in need of a visa for Austria). We do expect VIMUN delegate positions filling up before this date and therefore strongly encourage applicants to apply early!
  • Please be sure that you have read all the other information on the homepage before submitting the registration form.
  • In addition to the form the UNYSA-AUSTRIA-AFA needs a digital passport photo.
  • Depending on your qualifications the appointment will take place on a first come, first serve basis. (You should decide on three choices in case the first choice has already been taken.)
  • After all materials have been submitted to UNYSA-AUSTRIA-AFA you will get a confirmation for your committee/country position, in case you are accepted for participation at the conference.
  • At this point of application process you need to transfer the Conference/Hotel Fees (see button "Fee - Payment") to complete your registration.

The fee for one additional night per person is 53,00 EUR in a double or 90,00 EUR in a single room. Please contact me for individual arrangements.

I understand that the UNYSA-AUSTRIA-AFA is not responsible for any personal fees charged at the hotel and that in case of cancellation of my registration after 30 June I will have to pay the full conference and hotel fee.

By signing and sending this form I declare to participate at the conference. I have read the conditions of the conference and agree with all conditions and services which are included in the fees. I know that all travel and other expenses have to be covered by myself. By participating I consent to the publication of images/videos taken during the event.
